Bio:

William Masree’s size, even as an infant, drew unnecessary attention. The Masraige were a Fir Bolg tribe inhabiting Magh Slecht in County Cavan, Ireland. The men and women of the clan were always thought larger than most of the nearby clans and claimed to have been descended from giants or half-giants. Masraige can be translated as “Lords of Death” or “Beautiful Lords.” Men and women are trained to be powerful warriors from birth due to a feud with Clann-Neill, supposedly descended from the first king of Tara. No one really remembers what started the feud, only that it must not be forgotten. William, being the only magus from his clan in recent memory, often gets dragged into conflicts, especially by his younger (but much smaller) brothers. William is one of a handful of living Masraige whose size lends support to the theory that his clan has giant blood.

William is a loyal son, brother, and friend to those he thinks are his friends. He is usually a gentle man despite how may people treat him and is disciplined when it comes to training, work and study; he can be reckless in battle though. While not vengeful, he never forgets when someone wrongs him and any loyalty to that person goes out the window.
